The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Akihabara, with the station just a short walk away. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is delicious, offering a tasty start to the day. the hotel offers convenient facilities such as coin-operated laundry and free coffee.
The size and set up of the rooms could have been more comfortable, especially for older guests who might find it difficult to navigate the large shared bed platform.

The hotel provided free pour-over coffee in the lobby, a great perk. The location was conveniently close to the train station and situated in a quiet neighborhood. One advantage I enjoyed was the option to store my luggage at the hotel.
The check-in process was a bit convoluted and required multiple steps. Some staff members seemed unhelpful, particularly during the bicycle rental incident.

Compact, efficient room with comfortable tatami-style platform. Close to Akihabara station and Sumida River for jogging. Loved the complimentary pour-over coffee from the lobby cafe. Excellent value, highly recommended.

The hotel is very clean and has excellent facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they speak English well. The location is great, as it is very close to Akihabara station, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

During our recent stay at The Tourist Hotel & Cafe Akihabara, my family and I were delighted by the cleanliness and modernity of the premises. The staff were really good too cater to our needs, even providing thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes and pajamas for our little one. The hotel's location near Akihabara station made exploring Tokyo easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise with many positive aspects. the location is fantastic, as it's right near the train station and close to various transportation options. The staff here were extremely helpful and provided fast check-in and check-out. Secondly, the rooms were clean, and it was great to have basic amenities provided. Finally, the attention to detail, such as the amazing view from the rooms, made our stay truly memorable.
Despite these great aspects, there is still some room for improvement.
